This contemporary ranch style home was built in 1958 and remodeled in 2018. The bright kitchen features Calcutta marble countertops, a large island, pendant lighting, and stainless steel appliances. The backyard is complete with a stampede concrete patio, outdoor kitchen, and cozy fire pit.

Ordaz Home

This recently remodeled California bungalow home was originally built in 1935. The backyard was designed and landscaped for relaxing and entertaining. The centerpiece is a large pergola with a brick herringbone deck, adjacent to an outdoor kitchen.

Berry Home

This new Craftsman-style home, built in 2021, is situated on a double lot. The spacious great room features a dining area and family room with a brick fireplace flanked by cherry built-ins.

Habing Home

A beautiful courtyard welcomes you to this contemporary ranch-style home, built in 1963.  This home underwent an extensive remodel in 2015 featuring granite countertops and alder wood cabinets in the kitchen, as well as opened up space leading to the family and dining areas.   The backyard is complete with a swimming pool and cabana.

 

Mello Home

This Tudor-style bungalow was built in 1931 by Jack Howson for himself and his bride.  Now enjoyed by the current homeowners, this home boasts many original features, including kitchen cabinetry and parquet flooring.  Outside, a tranquil backyard features a rectangular pool land gardens. 

Ramirez Home

This modern farmhouse includes many charming and unique features.  Originally built in 1947, this home underwent an extensive remodel in 2018 by the current homeowners.  Walls were removed to create a great room, combining the family room and kitchen into an open space.  The gourmet kitchen features a walnut island, soapstone counters, and subway tile.  The backyard features a casita and bocce ball court for entertaining.   

 

Johansen Home

This quaint bungalow, built in 1939, was the childhood home for this current homeowner.  The home underwent an extensive renovation in 2012, preserving the original oak floors and bathtub.  Many family heirlooms adorn this home to make it special and unique.

Martin Home

 Built in 1932, this remarkable Spanish mission-style home was renovated by the current homeowner.  The home features original clay tile roofing and plaster barrel ceilings, and was the first home to be built on the block.  Many unique antiques can be seen throughout the home, each with a story of its own.

 

The Boutique/Bevilaqua Garden

This California mission ranch style home was built in 1934 and was the backdrop for the 2019 garden tour and boutique.  A half-acre of manicured lawn and a variety of plants adjacent to a herringbone brick courtyard was perfect for relaxing, having a glass of wine,  and shopping.  Our garden boutique each year showcases the talents of more than a dozen local vendors. They include a wide range of unique home and garden items as well as specialty food items, hand-made skin care, and much more.
